Itinerary

Day 01 : Arrive Delhi

Today on arrival at Delhi, our representative will assist you at the airport and transfer to hotel. (Check in time at hotel is 1400 hrs.) Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at hotel.

Day 02 : Delhi- Bhimtal (280 kms. || Approx 07 hours):

Pick up from Delhi airport/railway station, and drive to Bhimtal and check-in to the hotel. Bhimtal is a picturesque lake in the beautiful district Nainital. This scenic spot at a height of 1370 m offers visual vistas of natural beauty. The name of the lake is based on Mahabharata`s legendary Bhima. There is also a Bhimeshwara Mahadev temple on the bank of this lake which was also constructed during the period of Pandavas. The lake has beautiful setup within the surroundings of splendid greenery and mountains. Overnight stay at hotel in Bhimtal.

Day 03 Bhimtal-Kausani (120 Kms. || 05 Hours):

After breakfast, check out from hotel drive to Kausani. Kausani: nature own reserve and idle to spend a quiet holiday in the lap of nature with stunning view of the Himalayan ranges. Mahatma Gandhi, during his stay at Kausani, penned his memorable commentary on the `Gita-Anashakti Yoga` inspired by the scenic grandeur of this richly gifted spot. Mahatma Gandhi was so much impresses that he started calling it “Switzerland of India”. The guesthouse where Mahatma Gandhi stayed is now known as the Anashakti Ashram. Famous Hindi poet Sumitra Nandan Pant was born at Kausani. Some of her early poems composed here have described the nature in its manifestations. Kausani is located 47kms north of Almora in Bageshwar district of the Kumaon region of Uttarakhand. Arrive Kausani, check-in at hotel. Day 04 Kausani – Chaukori (85 Kms. || 03Hours):

After Breakfast check out from Hotel, Travel by surface from Munsiyari to Chaukori. Enroute visit PatalBhuvaneshwar temple - PatalBhuvaneshwar is a limestone cave temple 14 km from Gangolihat in the Pithoragarh district of Uttarakhand state in India. It is located in the village Bhubneshwar. Legend and folklore have it that this underground cave enshrines Lord Shiva and thirty three crore Gods. On arrival check in at hotel. Overnight at hotel in Chaukori.

Day 05 Chaukori (Local Visit):

Today Morning After Breakfast proceed to visit Chaukori Local Sight-Seeing, Chaaukori is famous for the Tea Estates. Visit Musk Dear Farm & Chaay-Baghaat Tea-Gardens. While lying at the hammock, enjoy viewing Sunset over the Largest 350 Km of Himalayan ranges. Later visit local market, back to hotel take dinner and overnight stay at Chaukori Hotel. Overnight at hotel in Chaukori.

Day 06 Chaukori - Munsiyari (97 Kms. || 04Hours):

In the morning after breakfast, leave by road for Munsiyari. The serene town boasts of offering a mesmerizing view of the Milam and Ralam valleys as well as the Panchchuli peaks. This town is also popular amongst trekking enthusiasts. Once you reach Munsiyari, check into your hotel. After relaxing for some time, you can venue out of your room to treat your eyes with the surrounding natural beauty. Take a walk up to the local bazaar.Overnight stay at hotel in Munsiyari.

Day 07 Munisiyari(Local Visit):

After Breakfast Visit Munsiyari The Base Point To Visit Milam & Ralam Glaciers Famous Worldwide for a High Altitude Trekking. Visit Pashmina Shawl Handlooms & Tribal Villages. The Old Artistic Houses Of Darkot Represent The Rich Culture And Creativity Of The People Of Kumaon.Thamari Kund: It Is A Ravishing Natural Lake Surrounded By Alpine Trees And Paper Trees. Musk Deer Can Be Easily Spotted At This Place.Nanda Devi Temple: An Easy 3Km Stimulating Trek From Munsiyari Will Take You To Nanda Devi Temple. Day 08 Munsiyari  - Nainital (262 Kms. || 7-8 Hours):

Morning after breakfast, check-out and drive to Nainital. Nainital: is referred to as the lake of three sages, or the Tri Rishi Sarovar as mentioned in the Manas Khand chapter of the Skanda Purana. As recorded in history, the three sages, Atri, Pulastya, and Pulaha stopped over at Nainital on their pilgrimage, to quench their thirst. Finding no water, they dug a hole and transferred some water into it to from the sacred lake of Tibet, Mansarovar. Thus the famous lake of Nainital came into existence. Another legend has it that the left eye or Nain of Lord Shiva’s wife Sati fell in this center and formed an emerald eye shaped lake, and thus emerged the city of Nainital.Recent history records reveal that Nainital was brought into limelight by P. Barron, a British sugar merchant, in 1839. The beauty of Nainital with the central lake cushioned among the forests attracted this person to build a house named Pilgrim’s Cottage and settle in Nainital the most beautiful hill station of Kumaon. Day 09 Nainital (Local Visit ):

After breakfast, proceed for the sightseeing tour, Visit to lakes tour of Bhim Tal, Sat Tal, Naukuchia Tal , Snow point Mall road, Boating Club, Cable Car Ride & Thandi Sadak etc. Later back to hotel. Rest of the day free at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel in Nainital.

Day 10 Nainital-Delhi (303 kms. || Approx 07 Hours):

After breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Delhi, on arrival transfer straight to airport to board the flight for onward destination.
