Day 01(Sat) : Arrive Delhi

Today on arrival at Delhi International airport, our representative will assist you at the airport and transferred to hotel. (Check in time at hotel is 1400 Hrs.). Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at hotel.

Day 02(Sun) : Delhi                           (Breakfast & Dinner)

After breakfast proceed for combined sightseeing of Old & New Delhi. Covering Red Fort from out side(Closed on Monday), Jama Masjid, Rickshaw ride on the streets of Chandini Chawak Market and visit Mahatma Gandhi memorial at Rajghat. Also visit Humayun`s Tomb & Qutub minar. At evening enjoy drive pass visit of Parliament House, Presidents House & India Gate. Dinner & Overnight at hotel.

Day 03(Mon) : Delhi/Varanasi by UK-631 (1045/1210)                                                           (Breakfast & Dinner)

After breakfast check out from hotel and transfer to airport to board the flight to Varanasi - one of the oldest city of the world that is still inhabited. It was the heart of Hinduism birth. On arrival at Varanasi, our local representative will pick up you from airport and transfer to hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. At evening witness Ganga aarti ceremony at Ganga ghat (Highlight of Varanasi). Dinner & Overnight at hotel.

Day 04(Tue) : Varanasi                                                       (Breakfast)

Early morning you will enjoy sunrise boat ride on river Ganges (1 Hrs.) - It gives a glimpse of morning life along the ghats in Varanasi. These boats are slow moving and help us to see stunning sun rise over the horizon with Ganga in the foreground, the panoramic views of ghats and the morning life on ghats. Return to hotel for breakfast and later proceed to visit Kashi Vishwanath temple – a 300-year-old Lord Shiva temple. BHU-Banaras Hindu university (outside visit) - established way back in the year 1916 boasts about largest university campus in the entire Asian continent. Annapurna temple, Sankat Mochan Hanuman temple & Bharat Mata temple.

Later proceed for excursion of Sarnath - an important Buddhist pilgrim spot. This is the place where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon after enlightenment. Top attractions in Sarnath are Chaukhandi stupa, Buddha temple, Dhamekha stupa, archeological museum (closed on Friday). After visit return to Varanasi. Overnight at hotel.

Day 05 (Wed) : Varanasi/Khajuraho by UK-631(1245/1345)                                       (Breakfast & Dinner)

After breakfast check out from hotel and transfer to airport to board the flight to Khajuraho, on arrival pick up from airport and transfer to hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Dinner & Overnight at hotel.

Day 06 (Thu) : Khajuraho                                                          (Breakfast & Dinner)

After breakfast proceed for excursion visit of Raneh Falls (located at a distance of 20 kms from Khajuraho)- Raneh Falls are mesmerising natural waterfalls over river Ken. The river has carved a deep canyon in the valley made of crystalline granite in shares of red, pink and grey. There are several small and big waterfalls emerging from this gorge, collectively called as Raneh Falls.

Later in the afternoon enjoy half day sightseeing of Khajuraho, visit eastern & Western group of temples. These temples were built under the rule of Chandela dynasty in between 9th to 11th century. First visit Western group of temples and later visit Eastern group of temples. Here Western group of temples are large and well maintained. Here Hindu & Jain temples are present in which prominent ones are Kandariya Mahadev Temple, Laxmana Temple, Chitragupta Temple, Nandi Mandap, Varah Mandap, Vishvanath. Dinner & Overnight at hotel.

Day 07(Fri): Khajuraho/Jhansi via Orchha (170 Kms)

                     Jhansi/Agra by NDLS Shatabdi–1200(1840/2110)                                 (Breakfast, Lunch & dinner)

After Breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Jhansi, en route visit Orchha - was the hallmark of Bundela dynasty. The origin of Bundelas goes back to the 11th century. You will visit Phool Bagh, Orchha fort complex, Laxminarayan Temple & Raja Ram Temple. Lunch at Orchha resort.

After sightseeing continue drive to Jhansi and transfer to railway station to board the train to Agra - beautifully situated on the bank of river Yamuna. On arrival at Agra, pick up from railway station and transfer to hotel. Dinner & Overnight at hotel.

Day 08 (Sat): Agra/Jaipur (250 Kms)                                                               (Breakfast)

Early morning enjoy the sunrise visit of famous Taj Mahal (Closed on Friday) - built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan as a memorial to his queen Mumtaz Mahal, made out of white marble took 22 years to complete (1630-1652 AD). Return to hotel for breakfast and check out. Later visit Agra Fort - which has the Pearl Mosque, Diwan-e-am (the hall of public audience) and Diwan-e-Khas (the hall of private audience).

After visit continue drive to Jaipur - the capital of India’s Rajasthan state. It evokes the royal family that once ruled the region and that, in 1727, founded what is now called the Old City, or “Pink City” for its trademark building colour. On arrival check in at hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 09 (Sun) : Jaipur                                                       (Breakfast)

After breakfast proceed for an excursion of Amber Fort - the impressive fort situated at the top of Aravalli Hills. Take a brief ride on elephant`s back to get to at the fort, an overwhelming experience. In the afternoon take city tour of Jaipur visiting the City palace, the Jantar Mantar (observatory), the Palace of Winds (Hawa Mahal) - a 5 storied building integrated in 1799 to allow the imperial women to view the outdoors life & world. Photo stop at Albert hall museum. At evening witness aarti ceremony at Birla Temple. Overnight at hotel.

Day 10 (Mon) : Jaipur/Delhi (260 Kms)                                                                  (Breakfast)

After breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Delhi, on arrival check in at hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at hotel.

Day 11 (Tue) : Delhi/Rishikesh (250 Kms)                                                        (Breakfast & Dinner)

After breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Rishikesh - a city in India’s Himalayan foothills beside the Ganges River. The river is considered holy, and the city is renowned as a center for studying yoga and meditation. On arrival check in at hotel. Evening witness Ganga aarti ceremony at Triveni Ghat (near Parmarth Niketan Ashram). Dinner & Overnight at hotel.

Day 12 (Wed) : Rishikesh                                     (Breakfast & Dinner)

After breakfast proceed for white water river rafting on Ganges (from Marine drive to Laxman Jhula, subject to operational) - this stretch of water has almost ten grade III and grade III+ rapids which are named according to their type. Like The Three Blind Mice is a grade III rapid called so as the water appears almost calm until you get to three quick and consecutive rapids, each following the other very closely. The other rapids are called Cross Fire (III), Roller Coaster (III+), Golf Course (III+) and Club House (III). The trip begins with a 45 minutes to 1 hr drive to the starting point where an appropriate safety briefing is issued while the rafts and other gears are made ready. The point to take note is that this is a fairly easy stretch even though at times an unexpected hydraulic or big waves might appear which are effortlessly handled by our guides. The rafting down the river in totality takes 2-3 hrs even though it could take as long as 3-4 hrs in the months of December and January. We finish our rafting trip just before Luxman Jhula in Rishikesh and drive back to hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Dinner & Overnight at hotel.

Day 13 (Thu) : Rishikesh                                                    (Breakfast)

After breakfast proceed to visit Beatles Ashram also known as Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ashram. Being located on the banks of the Holy River Ganga in Rajaji National Park, it is one of the well-appreciated places at Rishikesh. Now this place has turned to Beatles Ashram for tourists. It’s really interesting to know how the word ‘Beatles’ got placed before the word ‘Ashram’? Before February 1968, this place was managed by the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, one of the best yoga gurus that India ever had. He conducted the first Transcendental Meditation TTC (Teacher Training Course) in Rishikesh in 1961. Due to some legal issues, in 1997, this famous ashram got deserted and recently on 8 December 2015, it was reopened and turned as a tourist place. This is an amazing place to explore, especially if you are a painting lover. You can get a chance to explore paintings of the famous spiritual leader Dalai Lama as well. In brief, all the paintings available there are painted by the different artists of the world under the community The Beatles Cathedral Gallery. Also visit Geeta Bhawan, Bharat Mandir, Lakshman Temple, Lakshman Jhula and Parmarth Niketan. Overnight at hotel.

Day 14 (Fri) : Rishikesh                                                        (Breakfast)

Morning breakfast at hotel.

Rest of the day is free. (Vehicle will be available for local use within the city limit) 

Overnight at hotel.

Day 15 (Sat): Rishikesh/Delhi (260 Kms/6 Hrs.) (Breakfast)   DEPARTURE

After breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Delhi, on arrival transfer straight to airport to board the flight to onward destination.
