Itinerary

Day 01 : Arrive Delhi
Today on arrival at Delhi, our representative will assist you at the airport and transfer to hotel. (Check in time at hotel is 1400 hrs.) Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at hotel.

Day 02 : Delhi/Corbett (260 Kms)
After Breakfast, check out from hotel and drive to Corbett. The park was named after Jim Corbett, the legendary hunter-naturalist turned author and photographer who spent most years of his life in this area and helped set up this park. Further, this park was set up to save the critically endangered feline species – the Royal Bengal Tiger. It was the very place where Project Tiger was launched in 1973. Presently Corbett is a home to various species of fauna and flora. On arrival check in at hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at hotel.

Day 03 : Corbett
Early morning proceed for jeep safari at Corbett national park to see the wild life in their natural habitat. If you are lucky, you will see the Tiger. Return to hotel for breakfast. Later proceed to visit Garjia Devi temple and the Corbett Museum is the place where the hunts, hunting equipments and many other articles of E. James Corbett are preserved. It was originally the home of Jim Corbett. Overnight at hotel.

Day 04 : Corbett/Nainital (65 Kms)
After breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Nainital - referred to as the lake of three sages, or the Tri Rishi Sarovar as mentioned in the Manas Khand chapter of the Skanda Purana. As recorded in history, the three sages, Atri, Pulastya, and Pulaha stopped over at Nainital on their pilgrimage, to quench their thirst. Finding no water, they dug a hole and transferred some water into it to from the sacred lake of Tibet, Mansarovar. Thus the famous lake of Nainital came into existence. Another legend has it that the left eye or Nain of Lord Shiva’s wife Sati fell in this center and formed an emerald eye shaped lake, and thus emerged the city of Nainital.

On arrival, check in to the hotel. After refreshing yourself at the hotel, proceed for sightseeing and start with boating on the famous Naini Lake (at your own cost). Visit to the holy Naina Devi Temple,Naina Peak, Snow View and Lands End etc. At evening enjoy shopping at the Mall Road. Overnight at hotel.

Note:- Tempo traveller or higher seating vehicle are allowed upto Nainital Parking only. For local sightseeing in Nainital guest has to take local vehicle for sightseeing from Nainital Union on direct payment basis.

Day 05 : Nainital
After breakfast proceed for lake tour of Bhimtal, Sattal & Naukuchiatal. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at hotel.

Day 06 : Nainital/Ranikhet (70 Kms)
After breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Ranikhet - reflects the very best of the heavenly Himalayas, their lush green forests, majestic mountain peaks, exotic plant life and attractive wild life. To see nature and its elements in full harmony, the right place to be is Ranikhet. According to a popular belief, this spot had won the heart of Rani Padmini, queen of Raja Sudhardev. She chose this scenic place to be her abode and since then, it has come to be known as Ranikhet, literally “Queen`s Field". At an altitude of 1829mtres, above sea level, the invigorating mountain breeze, the singing of birds, the panoramic view of the Himalayas - the sights, sounds and smells leave the onlooker spellbound. During the rains, flowers sprout up every where in rainbow colours, branches of tress stoop with ripened fruits and sunlight peeping through the mist and clouds, endow an enchanting effect all across Ranikhet. As winter comes, the softly falling snowflakes cover the environs in sheets of pure whiteness.

On arrival, check in at the hotel. At evening free for own activity. Overnight at hotel.

Day 07 : Ranikhet/Kausani (60 Kms)
After breakfast check out from hotel and depart to Kausani. On arrival check in at hotel. Afternoon will visit Baijnath temple - Here you will see many ancient idols and will also come across mahashir fish in the river waters. Also visit Anashakti Ashram where Mahatama Gandhi stayed for few days. It will be a memorable evening. At the end of your visit, take your time to look at the setting sun and finally the sunset. Overnight at hotel.

Day 08 : Kausani/Guptkashi (185 Kms)
After breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Guptakashi, on arrival check in at Luxury swiss tents. Overnight at tents.

Day 09 : Guptkashi/Chopta & Tungnath/Guptkashi (50 Kms one way)
After breakfast proceed for same day excursion of Chopta, arrive Chopta famously know as Mini Switzerland of India. Chopta is one of the most mesmerizing alpine meadows in Garhwal Himalayas and also offers excellent camping opportunities. Chopta have dense forest of Oak and Rhododendron and from here trek starts for Tungnath Temple (04 km/ 3-4 hrs Approx). Tungnath Temple is believed to be 1000 years old and highest Hindu shrines dedicated to Lord Shiva, from Tungnath one can see the beautiful views of Himalayan peaks. In March/April 1st week you will see lots of Pink & Red Rhododendron flowers in this area. Return to the Camp for dinner & overnight.

Day 10 : Guptkashi/Rishikesh (190 Kms)
After early breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Rishikesh. Arrive Rishikesh andcheck into the hotel. Evening visit to Laxman Julla and attend Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat. Overnight at hotel.

Day 11 : Rishikesh/Haridwar/Rishikesh (35 Kms one way)
After breakfast proceed for same day excursion to Haridwar visit Mansa Devi Temple, Chandi Devi temple, Ganga Mata Temple and attend Ganga aarti ceremony at Har ki Pauri ghat. Overnight at hotel.

Day 12 : Rishikesh/Delhi (245 Kms) Departure
After breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Delhi, on arrival transfer straight to airport to board the flight for onward destination.
