Itinerary
Day 01 : Arrive Delhi
Today on arrival in Delhi, our representatives will meet and assist you at the airport and transfer you to hotel(Check in time at hotel is 1400 Hrs.).Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at hotel.
Day 02 : Delhi
After breakfast proceed for sightseeing of old & new Delhi, covering - Raj Ghat (the cremation sites of Mahatma Gandhi), Jama Masjid. You will drive pass by the Red Fort (Closed on Monday) and Chandni Chowk. In the afternoon, you will be exploring the South and Central Delhi, In the south Delhi, you will visit Qutub Minar and Humayun`s Tomb. Lakshminarayan Temple (a modern Hindu Temple). Drive pass through India Gate (War Memorial Arch), President`s House, Parliament House, Government Secretariat Buildings and Connaught Place. Overnight at hotel.
Day 03 : Delhi/Bhopal by Bhopal Shatabdi – 12002 (0600/1355)
Early morning check out from hotel and transfer to New Delhi Railway Station to board train to Bhopal. On reaching Bhopal railway station, our local representative will assist you at the railway station and transfer you to hotel. Thereafter, be ready to explore the delights of Bhopal in local sightseeing covering of Birla Temple, Bhopal Bharat Museum, Taj-UL-Masjid and Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya. Overnight at hotel.
Day 04 : Bhopal/Sanchi & Bhimbetka/Bhopal (135 Kms/3 ½ Hrs. one way)
After breakfast proceed for excursion to Sanchi & Bhimbetka. Sanchi - founded in the third century by Emperor Ashoka to house relics of Buddha. Visit the archaeological site, the Mecca of Indian Art: Main Stupa, magnificent monument in the shape of a half-sphere on recounting his torana (carved porticoes) the life of Buddha museum with remarkable statues of Buddha, stupas and other Buddhist monasteries. Later we will head to Bhimbetka rock caves, which are acknowledged for its magnificent sketches and paintings dating back to the pre-historic times. Witnessing that ancient sketches and paintings will be indeed a pleasure as it will take you back to an old era that cannot be otherwise witnessed in today modern world. After sightseeing return to Bhopal. Overnight at hotel.
Day 05 : Bhopal/Ujjain/Indore (250 Kms/5 Hrs.)
After breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Indore. En-route, we will stop in Ujjain and visit some of its famous temples such as Kaliadeh Palace, Bade Ganeshji Ka Mandir, Gopal Mandir, Kal Bhairava, Navagarha Mandir and Mahakaleshwar Temple. Thereafter, continue drive to Indore. On arrival, check in at hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 06 : Indore/Mandu (100 Kms/2 ½ Hrs.)
After breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Mandu, on arrival check at hotel. Later proceed for the sightseeing of Mandu covering Jahaz Mahal (Ship Palace), Hoshang`s Tomb, the Rupmati`s Pavilion, Ashrafi Mahal and Hindola Mahal (Swing Palace). Overnight at hotel.
Day 07 : Mandu/Maheshwar (40 Kms/1 ½ Hrs.)
After breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Maheshwar - situated on the banks of Narmada river. Maheshwar is a renowned temple town that is visited by pilgrims from across the globe. It was the capital of the Malwa during the Maratha Holkar supremacy till 1818, when the capital was shifted by Malhar Rao Holkar III to Indore. On reaching Maheshwar, check in at hotel. After fresh-n-up get ready to explore the amazing forts and temples of Maheshwar. Overnight at hotel.
Day 08 : Maheshwar/Indore (145 Kms/4 Hrs.)
Indore/Delhi by 6E-6409 (1655/1835)
After breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Indore, En-route visit Omkareshwar, a famous pilgrim center and house one of the 12 jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. Visit the prominent Omkar Mandhata Temple. Later continue drive to Indore and transfer straight to airport to board the flight for Delhi. On arrival at Delhi, pick up from airport and transfer to hotel (near airport). Overnight at hotel.
Day 09 : Delhi (Departure)
After breakfast check out from hotel and transfer to airport to board the flight to onward destination.
